Mr. Paul Talbot, Town Manager
Town Hall
South Windsor, Connecticut 06074
Gentlemen:
Norman Petersen Quit Claimed some interest in a strip of land from Foster
Road to the Sanitary Landfill of the Town of South Windsor.
The agreement contained an obligation on the part of the town to construct
storm drainage on that road and Foster Road for the length of Mr. Petersen's
land.
The town had a three year deadline to complete this work and they have not
done so. I.know you are in the process of installing sewers in the area and
it seems to me this would be a good time to fulfill the agreement with
Mr. Petersen.
Please confirm that the town will undertake to fulfill.their agreement so that
I may advise him to that effect.
ery,truly yours,
