Walte rmanskii 37 ayberry Trail --- South in sor , Connecticut Dear Mr . Ermanski: I received your letters of October 15--the first of which expressed your concern with regard to damages allegedly caused during clean-up in the aftermath of Hurricane "Gloria . " By copy of this letter , I will request that the Town ' s Director of Public Works , Robert Arsenault , have an inspection made , and any necessary repairs scheduled . It is important , however , that the ongoing clean-up program--and the subsequent leaf pick-up program--proceed on schedule prior to the programming of any minor repair functions by Town crews . With regard to your second letter--The housing development located behind your property continues to be under development ; and the Town ' s Engineering Department inspects to determine that the development is completed in accordance with the approval granted by the Town ' s Planning and Zoning Commission . I will ask the Town Engineer , Richard Martel, to conduct an inspection of the specific areas of your complaint ; to take any corrective actions that may be warranted ; and to contact you regarding the other conditions noted in your letter . These branches were picked up at the edge of my property at 37 Bayberry Trail on -October loth. Damage was made to the sidewalk (cracks and tire marks were left) , sections of grass destroyed and permanent indentations were made in the lawn area. I expect the Town to correct all of these problems in the very near future including providing and spread- ing loam, and replanting grass as necessary. Please respond in writing on your scheduled activity. Very truly yours, Walter J. Ermanski WJE/ee SKETC4{ c r- AQE a, 'W6eQit'f AZT Arm. ooR
