Home My WebLink AboutAbar Lane M E M O R A N D U M To File Complaint recieved on October 14 , 1986 from a Mrs . Tammy Flack of 32 Abar Lane, South Windsor, CT. Mrs. Flack Stated that on the northerly property boundry there is a Drainage R.O.W. and that her property borders Rye Street Park in the rear. The problem is that the neighborhood children are cutting through her yard, using the drainage R.O.W. and she would like to know if the Town could put up a fence to stop them. Currently Abar Lane and the drainage R.O.W. have .not been deeded to the Town from Richard Carabillo. The only deed on file at the Town Hall includes all property which lies. on Rye Street, Windsorville Road, and Griffin Road. The Town. will allow Mrs. Flack to put up her own fence on the drainage R.O.W. if she wishes to do so. The Town will need access to the, R.O.W. . Richard Carabillo will be approached on the matter for deeding the property to the Town of South Windsor.
