the sanitary sewer connection for the Post Office is fully

with said terms,conditions and stipulations,then this obligation shall be null and void,Otherwise it shall re-
main and be in full force and effect.
Provided,however,that any alterations which maybe made in the terms of said contractor in the work done or
to be done under it, which may increase or decrease said contract sum by an amount not exceeding 25016
thereof,or the giving by the Obligee of any extension of time for the performance of said contract orany other
forbearance on the part of either the Obligee or the Principal one to the other,shall not in any way release the
