Dear Mr. Ferruolo:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a site plan of development for a plant
store- and garden shop on property owned by you located adjacent to the
car wash on Sullivan Avenue, subject to the following:
1. A new map printed on Polyester film must be submitted. The
map submitted at the February 11, 1975 meeting was blurred and
not suitable for filing in the Town Clerk's Office.
2. The directional sign shall be indicated on the map, showing
where patrons of the plant store shall enter and park. There
shall be no parking along Sullivan Avenue.
3. This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission
shall be incorporated onto the new site plan.
