Mr&Mrs Wienkoop,
I have been talking with the developers Engineer regarding the sewer lateral for your property at 1164
Sullivan Avenue. They would like to look into connecting a lateral from your property into the lateral that
was provided for the house next door at 1156 Sullivan Avenue. This connection would be near the road
and would create a small section of common lateral. It would require an agreement be entered into
between yourselves and the owner of the adjacent property as to the maintenance of the section of
common sewer lateral you both would use. Fred Shaw has said this would be acceptable to him if both
property owners are in agreement as to the maintenance responsibilities of the common lateral. The
Engineer thinks this is the quickest and cheapest solution to providing you with a sewer lateral. I do not
know if anyone has contacted the owner of the property at 1156 Sullivan Avenue who is Helga Wehr but if
you know her and could contact her about this option it might help.
The Town has the owner of 1164 Sullivan Avenue listed as Faith C. Martin. Is she related to you? Who
actually owns the property at 1164 Sullivan Avenue? The property owner will have to sign an agreement
with the neighbor for this to happen.
Please let me know if you have anyother information. I will keep you informed on our end.

Sewerage connection
Have received no answer to our e-mail of May 25th regarding lateral
connection for 1164 Sullivan Avenue. If there is anything further that we can do,
please advise us. Having dealt with developers when we were buillding"Collins
Crossings", I am familiar with the many delays and pitfalls regarding problems such as this. Please stay
on top of this issue, as we do have septic problems existing at
1164 Sullivan Avenue. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Haven"t heard anything further concerning the Developer and the
larteral connection for 1164 Sullivan Avenue. Would Appreciate any information
and an update as to the situation before we get into summer vacations, etc.
Please advise if there is anything we can do on our end??????

Thank you for your response. I would appreciate it if you would
follow through as soon as possible on this situation as we are holding back on the repaving of the
driveway and putting in a new sidewalk pending on just where the connection line would be placed. I have
contracted with Leita Construction for the driveway and sidewalk replacement. James Throwe will be
handling the septic and/or the sewerage connections. If there is any thing further that I can do on this end
please let me know?
Would it help if I were to contact the developer or design engineer? Any suggestions
or advice to expedite this matter would be greatly appreciate.

I have spoken with Joe in engineering, who referred me to Fred Shaw regarding the
sewerage lateral for connecting to 1164 Sullivan Avenue. I have been having problems with the septic
system the past few years and would like very much to connect to the sewerage system in that area.
I understand that the lateral for this address was left off the line by the developer
of Strawberry Fields. We are aware that there are three possible solutions to this problem. Hopefully,
your engineers are working on a solution. I would like to be kept uptodate on any progress made. It is
imperative that we do something as soon as possible to correct the septic problem at the above address.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please
