TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Planning
and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, May 5, 1981, at 8:00 P. M. in the Council
Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor,
to consider the following:
1. Application of Raymond Krawfsky, et al, for a resubdivision of
property located on the east side of Long Hill Road between Chapel
Road and Pleasant Valley Road, A-20 zone.

2. Application of Louis Treglia, 225 Hang Dog Lane, Wethersfield, for
an amendment to the Zoning Regulations, Article 4.7.2, to add a permitted
use in an Industrial zone as follows: Yards for storage of and sales of
passenger vehicles, provided, however, that no maintenance, servicing,
repairing, or other activities may be performed on the premises with
respect to such vehicles.
Copies of these applications and maps more clearly defining the properties
are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written
recommendations will be received.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At the May 5, 1981 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to take the following action:
1. Deny the application of Louis Treglia, 225 Hang Dog Lane, Wethersfield,
for an amendment to the Zoning Regulations, Article 4.7.2, to add a
permitted use in an Industrial zone.
2. Approve, with conditions, the application of Brook R. Jason, for a site
plan of development for premises south of 145 Edwin Road, I zone.
3. Approve, with conditions, the application of Raymond Krawfsky, et al,
for a resubdivision of property located on the-east side of Long Hill
Road between Chapel Road and Pleasant Valley Road, A-20 zone.
