There will be a thirty-five dollar ( $35 ) fee required for an extension of the permit . In the event that you are requesting an extension, section 8 . 1 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations establishes the process for monitoring the approved conservation plan . Per that regulation, a progress report is required from the applicant ' s engineer verifying that erosion and sedimentation control measures have been installed and maintained in accordance with the approved conservation plan . This verification report shall also be submitted 65 days prior to the expiration date of the permit to allow timE for the Commissioners to evaluate your project controls .
