Bowen Davies, Deputy Town Engineer RE: Request for Investigation Pal Szabo - Nitey Nite Motel Addition Application #1173 Mr. Szabo's concern about the water from the abutting site affecting his property, based on a drive through inspection, appears to be factual. As-built drawings were not required by PZC. Using the proposal plan, it appears that the surface flow was in that direction in a preconstruction condition. I didn't notice if the roof drains were complicating the condition or not. I don't believe the Town can help Mr. Szabo. ABD/jsv
