I would like to inform you that Centrnl Record and Tape Distributors
are in the process of making arrangemPnte to construct 7C^0 so. ft.
,addition to our facility located at 145 South Satellite Rosd, Sout}i
Windsor. Presently we have 14 employees. This addition would not re-
quire any more employees singe it is being built for the sole purpose
of storage.

Please be advised that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted
on December 10, 1985 to approve the above application for a
site plan of development for property located at 145 South
Satellite Road, as shown on a plan prepared by Palmberg & Russo ,
dated 10/17/85 , revised to 12/2/85 , No . 85174 , subject to the
following modifications :
1. The key map should correctly identify Connecticut Avenue
(it is shown as Nutmeg Road South) .
2 . The key map should correctly portray the jog at the rear
of the proposed addition.
3 . No building permit will be issued until the final plan has
been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office.
4 . Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held
with Town staff .
Within 90 days of the date of approval (by March 10 , 1986) , a
black and white transparently mylar with this letter of approval
reproduced thereon, together with three paper prints , must be
submitted to this Commission. The mylar will be stamped and signed ,
and then filed in the Town Clerk' s Office .
