Please be advised that beneficial occupancy for the addition to
Timothy Edwards Middle School, South Windsor, Ct. , erected under
Building Permit #24760 is hereby granted, pursuant to Connecticut
General Statute 29-252-lb-119. 5. 1. This occupancy specifically
do s not include the stage, auditorium, and all appurtenant areas
to such.
The permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon full
completion of the project, and the receipt and approval of an as-
built site plan.
Please be advised that any change in the building which constitute
violations of the conditions of the permit will result in
revocation of this approval.
