Dear Mr. Fitts :
We are pleased to advise you that the above-referenced
application for Site Plan Approval has been approved. This
approval is based on plans prepared by Kaestle Boos Associates ,
Inc . , Drawing No. L-1 , dated May 10 , 1994 .
Since the relocatable classrooms are to be placed within
the area shown on the previously-approved site plan, there are no
requirements for site plan filing with the Town Clerk or
preconstruction meeting, and no requirement for an as-built
drawing prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
