Re: Appl. #92-26PX - Timothy Edwards Middle School
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission
at its meeting on May 19, 1992, approved the installation of the
portable classrooms at Timothy Edwards Middle School.
Also, at the July 14, 1992 meeting, the Commission approved
the construction of additional parking spaces. The portable
classrooms and parking spaces are as shown on plans prepared by
Kaestle Boos Assoc., Inc. , Drawing No. L-1 and dated October 3, 1991.
Construction of the parking spaces is subject to the following
condition:
1. A pre-construction meeting must be held with Town Staff
prior to the start of construction.
A black and white transparent mylar and three blueprint copies of the
plan must be submitted to this Commission and this letter of approval
must be reproduced on the mylar. The mylar cannot exceed 24" x 36"
in size, as that is the largest size the Town's map filing system can
accommodate.
After the mylar has been signed by the Commission, it will be'
returned to you for filing in the office of the Town Clerk.
