Devaux has not returned Inspector's call
Devaux did three jobs at site, all without Building Permits.
1. Roof structure repairs to an old addition in area of kitchen—replaced
sheathing
Did not replace rafters which are rotted and sheathing has sunk into rafters
approximately 1/z"
2. Re-roofed entire structure, including new roof structure over existing rear
deck.
3. Erected new 12' x 16' roof structure over existing deck
Roof structure columns not bearing properly
Piers depth and size unknown
Roof leaking
Headroom under beam adjacent to stairs 57'
