Dear Mr. Leblanc:
I mailed you a letter, dated October 19,1999, giving you notice to resolve the open Building
Permit(s)#24377. As of today you have not complied with the original request. Your permit(s) are
still open. A resolution to the open Building Permit(s)must be made within five working days from
receipt of this letter.
If you fail to respond, a caveat may be filed in the land records stating their are Building Code
Violations on your property.
Please call John Collins, Chief Building Official, or myself should you have any questions
