Dear Sir:
It is my understanding that Wilmar Construction has posted a $2,500 bond with the
town of South Windsor for the purpose of final raking and seeding of my home at
109 Bridlewood Road, South Windsor. This letter gives permission to Wilmar
Construction to enter the property to rake and seed, and if the work is not done, for
the town of South Windsor to enter the property to perform said work.
