Dear Mr. Garvey:
I mailed you a letter, dated 4/18/97 , giving you notice to
resolve the open Building Permit(s) #23418 for your swimming
pool . As of today you have not complied with the original
request. your permit(s) are still open. If a resolution to the
open Building Permit(s) is not made on or before June 16, 1997
this office may take other actions to solve this matter. Should
you open the pool prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Use
and Occupancy this office will post your property unsafe and
place a caveat in the town land records stating the same.
Please call me or John Collins, Chief Building Official, should
you have any questions regarding this. Our office hours are 8 - 9
a.m. and 1 - 2 p.m. the phone number is 644-2511 ext. 232 .
