Dear Mr . Cowles:
In response to your letter of August 6, 1987 , the resolution of the house
numbering to 15 Hearthstone Drive cannot be as suggested .
As indicated in our conversation , there is a National Standard for house
numbering by which the Town has tried to adhere -to, as stated , to avoid
confusion ; especially in an emergency.
Not to belabor the subject , your deed and mortgage refer to 15 Blueberry
Circle and based on the standards, the houses across Hearthstone are odd
numbered, your side are even numbered , and if in proper sequence would be
No. 40 Hearthstone .
I don ' t believe your request can be granted . The house number shall be
15 Blueberry Circle .
