Dear Mr. Collins :
On February 22 , 1991, the building located at the above address
was inspected to insure that the steel frame connections were
erected in accordance with the approved building plans . The
inspection was a visual inspection , conducted from the ground .
The connections appear to be installed correctly . All
required bolts have been installed and appear to be tight .
The required "x" bracing was also installed in accordance with
the building plans prepaired by Star Metal Buildings .
