The Town of South Windsor hereby gives notice to all persons of building code
violations on property owned by: Christine&Jonathan Gehris
Which property is located at 145 Benedict Drive
Re: Permit#22303
Said property being more particularly bounded and described in an instrument recorded
in Volume 776 at Page 57 of the Town of South Windsor Land Records, reference to
which is hereby made.
The violation(s)pertain to the following section(s) of the Building Code:
1990 Connecticut Basic Building Codes
And, the particulars of said violation(s) are more specifically as follows:
Article 1 Section 115.2 Intermediate inspections required
Article 1 Section 112.2 Permit not valid after six months of inactivity
Article 1 Section 113.2 The code shall be complied with
Artcle 1 Section 119.1 Certificate of Occupancy required before use
