The office of the South Windsor Building Inspector has placed a
Caveat in the land records for your home in the Town Clerks
Office. This Caveat will be in place until the Building Code
Violation(s) have been fixed or removed.
Once the violations have been resolved you will be responsible
for picking up the Caveat Release from this office and filing it
with the Town Clerks Office. There will be a fee for the filing.
