Re: Appl #97-41 P, Carr Ridge Subdivision
We are pleased to advise you that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted on
January 13, 1998 to approve your request to establish two phases for Cutler Ridge
Subdivision.
The two phases consist of the following lots:
Phase I Lots 1-7, 23-26 '
Phase II Lots 8-22
These phases are established for bonding purposes. Each phase may be bonded
independently. No building permits (except for PZC-approved model homes) and no
certificates of occupancy will be issued within ayhase until such time as the bond for
that phase has been posted.
Compliance with all other subdivision approval conditions and standard procedures is
required.

This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on February 10,
1998 to reduce the subdivision bond from $250,000 to $228,000.
A bond or letter of credit in this amount must be posted prior to the issuance of
building permits.
