This Statement of Special Inspections is submitted as a condition for permit issuance*in accordance'with the _ special inspection requirements of the BOCA National Building Code. All of the perimeter and cross wall footings have been excavated and the condition of the soil bearing is excellent. Sandy soil and gravel are evident in all cases. 3. A portion of the rear wall footing was poured today. Reinforcing steel is satisfactorily in place and condition of the forms and concrete appears excellent. 4. The contractor is contemplating forming a rear wall and pouring that in conjunction with remaining front wall footings as soon as possible. 5.
