In accordance with Condition No. 10 of Traffic Investigation Report No. 132-0007-01 approved at the March 19, 2002 meeting of the State Traffic Commission (STC) , enclosed is Certificate No. 802-B. The Certificate will expire two (2) years from the approval date of the aforementioned report unless all conditions and requirements are complied with within that time period or permission is requested and obtained from the STC to extend the expiration date. Operation of any portion of the expansion of the facility is prohibited until all conditions of the Certificate have been satisfied, unless permission to do so has been granted by the STC. The Certificate and Traffic Investigation Report may now be filed on the land records, to. satisfy Condition No. 13, in accordance with the enclosed procedure.
