Also, that the trend of development seems "Lc to be exclusively residential, that the intent of the rlanning and ,du4 Zoning Commission appears to be to maintain this residential trend, _ and the ingress and egress to the property from F-ye Street is such Al' that it would not be in conformance with the intent of Section 3.13.1 that prohibits service stations within one-half mile on the -It same side of the same street. i4ir. Kilburn said he agreed with lv'ir. Clinton' s remarks and added that in his opinion this station would produce a definite traffic hazard, especi ally in relation to the, veterinarian's office--tu entrances right across from one another--and the traffic situation could get bad.
