This was done with regards to your swimming pool with hope that you would contact this office. According to our records your pool does not have a Certificate Of Occupancy which is required by State Statute 29-265 which states it is unlawful to use a pool without a Certificate Of Occupancy. You may have an unsafe condition that not only is a hazard to you and your family but to your neighbors as well . All of this adds up to extra liability for you as the home owner. Corrective action required: Please contact this office on or before June 25 1993 You will then have two weeks from the date you contact this office to resolve this problem.
