Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
on April 13, 1993, to approve your requests for the following:
1 . Permit construction of 5 model homes prior to filing the
site bond and final plans in the Town Clerk' s office. No
certificates of occupancy will be granted for the model
homes until after the bond is posted and final plans filed.
2 . Allow the main street to be a Town-owned street, provided
that the street is constructed in strict accordance with
Town specifications . Items contained in the memorandum from
Jerry Iazzetta, Town Engineer, dated March 9, 1993, will
need to be addressed in order for the street to conform to
Town street specifications . A copy of the memo is attached.
A new mylar plan that establishes the street right-of-way, plus
the necessary deeds/easements, will need to be prepared and submitted
to staff, with 3 blueprint copies . This letter must be reproduced on
the mylar. After endorsement by the Commission, the mylar will be
returned to you for filing in the Town Clerk' s office.
