Dear Buck: This letter will confirm our meetings of last week and our telephone conversation of today. Enclosed is a copy of "TUDOR HILL SUB DIVISION PLOT PLAN"SUBDIVIDER, AARON DUBITZKY, DATED , AUG. 27, 1973, PREPARED & SIGNED BY T. DUBITZKY, PE, & A,B.DAVIES, LS. A review of my records indicates that we did appear before the Planning & Zoning commission with the above map, and that on November 2, 1973 a letter of approval ( with 7 conditions ) signed by William E. Grace was mailed. On November 19th a letter was sent to you requesting an extension of time. On November 26th, we received a letter from William Grace, granting the extension from Jan. 28, 1974 to April 28, 1974. The road is now built by ARC ( Quarry Brook Drive ). Sewer & Water lines are also in. We have no intention on building on those lots at this time, but would like to have these two ( 2 ) lots approved to correct the inadvertent omission of these lots from various sub=division and re-sub-division plans. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $100 shall be submitted. 2. A surety bond in the amount of $2,000 shall be submitted to insure completion of lot improvements, including grading and seeding. 3. House foundation elevations and proposed contours shall be approved by the Town Engineer prior to issuance of any building permits. 4. No Certificates of Occupancy shall be issued until lot contours, house foundation elevations and drainage requirements have been completed according to the Town Engineer's requirements. 5. Concrete sidewalks shall be installed on street frontage on lots #407 and #437 in accordance with Town Regulations. 6. Houses on these lots shall be connected to the Town of South Windsor Sanitary Sewers, and water shall be provided by the Metropolitan District Commission. 7. A black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, of the plot plan shall be submitted. This letter of approval from the Alan Klein -2- September 23, 1975 Planning and Zoning Commission shall be incorporated onto this final map.
