Re: Subdivision Application - RSK-Kellco
1343 Sullivan Avenue
Dear Ms. Banach:
On behalf of my client, RSK-Kellco, I wish to submit a one-lot sub-
division application. The lot was subdivided more than 32 years ago,
prior to the applicant' s ownership of the property. However, there is
no record that the town acted on the subdivision. As a result, the
applicant has come forward with the application in an effort to ensure
that his property conforms with appropriate subdivision and zoning
regulations.
The property is currently the site of an operating day care center. The
Planning and Zoning Commission approved the special exception and site
plan of development for this activity on May 5, 1987. Additionally, a
building permit and a certificate of occupancy were issued.
Please find enclosed, in addition to the application, a subdivision check-
list signed and dated by a certified engineer and a licensed surveyor,
and a check in the amount of $50. 00 to cover the application fee.
I would appreciate that you schedule the application for the next
available PZC meeting.
If you have any question about the application, please do not hesitate
to call.
Thank you.
spectfully,
Bruce Fa er
