SUBJECT: Town Shopping Center
Please be advised that the following comments are pertinent to the
revised Town Shopping Plans dated October 30, 1987 :
1 . The proposed R.O.W. along Buckland Road should be widened
an additional 5 feet to facilitate utility relocations.
Would require building (12, 000 s.f. ) to be re-positioned
slightly.
2. Additional construction details should be provided for the
proposed detention basin, i.e. materials/methods of
construction.
3 . Profile views should be provided for all storm and sanitary
sewer systems - not all have been provided.
4. Should the access drive between the Samsel property and the
proposed Town Shopping Center project become viable, grade
changes would be necessary to facilitate reasonable vehicular
access. Additionally, slope stabilization will require special
attention during the filling/construction phase along the south
parking area/property line.
5 . Existing top of frame (TF) elevations should be provided for
all structures and specifically structures number 112 and 56.
Should you have any questions regarding the above matters, please
contact me.
