Dear Guy:
In regard to our recent conversation about the completion
of your landscaping and planting, I had a talk with Dave
Maker, and he reminded me that we had completed the
backing up of the curbs on the West side of Connecticut
Avenue, and then he dug it all back up again when he
dug for the power and phone at your request.
You will note that we have placed top soil back on the
area involved, but I want you to be aware that you will
be billed for the cost of doing this work.
I also note that the area on the North side of your
driveway is not- properly graded to drain, In addition,
I note that- the trees, you took out when you placed
y your drainage" line in Mr. Capuano's easement have not
been replaced. Frankly Guy, I think you still have
some work to do.
I will appreciate it if you tend to these matters at
once.
Very truly yours,

Dear Mr . Burns :
I have noted recently that your site in Parkcentre contains a large
amount of outside storage of what appears to be items such as steel
wire and lumber .
When your site plan application was presented to the Planning and
Zoning Commission , PZC was informed by you that there would be no
outdoor storage on the site except for empty flatbed trailers , and
that all work ( including loading and unloading) would be done
indoors . This representation is reflected in the minutes of your
public hearing . Thus , Planning and Zoning Commission approval was
granted . Thus , the outdoor storage which currently exists violates
your approved site plan .
Also , there is a zoning regulation which prohibits outdoor industrial
storage without Planning & Zoning Commission approval .
Please arrange to have all materials stored outside either removed
from the site or stored inside your building by August 1 , 1987 .
Also , there are several trees included on your approved site plan
which are not planted as yet -- specifically , some flowering dogwoods
and hemlocks appear to be missing . These should be planted as soon
as possible to bring your site into compliance with the approved
plan'.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation .
Very truly yours ,
Marcia A . Banach
