In your absence Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Treadwell came into
the office requesting to withdraw his application with PZC
and ZBA. He insisted that the original application be given
back to him immediately. After attempting to explain to him
that he would have to deal with you on Thursday as to the
procedure to withdrawing his application, he became very abrupt
and insisted that I give him his application along with his
check, which at that point I did.
