Dear Mr. Lindquist:
I was notified by Northeast Utilities on August 6 1997 that there are downed
wires on your property. A triplex cable has been run from the house on the south
end of the property out towards the barn. After an inspection of your property I
found numerous violations of the National Electric Code. This work was done
without permits or inspections -
This situation needs to be remedied. It is a hazard to you or any one who might
come in contact with these wires. A permit needs to be obtained and the violations
need to be corrected within five ( 5 ) working days of your receipt of this letter.
