Our understanding of bonding for the above-referenced development is that the mylars
may be recorded in the Office of the Town Clerk on or before December 24, 1997,provided
bonds have been posted for Collins Crossing SRD ($126,000) and the street known as Collins
Crossing($159,000).
We are proceeding to prepare a bond estimate for Sunrise Lane, insofar as no building
permits will be issued for lots 1-8 until such time as the bond for Sunrise Lane has been posted.
