As a condition to the granting of this easement and the rights hereinabove granted Grantee and their successors. and assigns agree to restore any land within the Casement Area distrubed in the exercise of any rights hereunder to the condition existing just prior to such disturbance ( or as close thereto as is reasonable commensurate with the above use ) .
