CUSTOMER REPSONSIBLE FOR:
1. Removal of trees and stumps.
2. R moval of excavated earth.
3. Removal of unforseen obstacles such as ledge, large boulders, hard pan, etc.
4. Power source for filter.
5. Disposal of packaging.
6. Building permits, local zoning law requirements.
7. Handling charges if pool site is inaccessible by truck.
8. Wat r and chemicals.
9. Assembly of ladder.
NAMCO will NOT guarantee an appropriate fit between an existing deck and a new pool.
NAMCO will NOT guarantee any above ground pool that has been buried, or where backfill has been
placed against the wall.
If a customer is buying a replacement pool, you may subtract $125.00 from the above pool price,
providing the following conditions are met;
1. The site must be level and have a reusable and appropriate base.
2. The new pool is the same size as the old pool.
3. The new pool is going on the same site as the old pool.
4. The old pool is still on the site. (NOTE: Customers are responsible for removal of old pool) .
