The Hoard, in granting this request, voted that in order to identify your place of business by traffic traveling in either direction on the four-lane John Fitch Boulevard, it is necessary for the ai gn to be larger than regulations allow. The sign shall be as specified in the application, not to exceed the over-all dimensions of 3' x 61, and to be located in the upper right-hand corner of the west side of the building. The sign shall be illuminated from within, be non-flashing and to be turned off between the hours of UzOG p.m. and 7:00 a.m. It is the feeling of the Board that the allowance of this sign is adequate identification of the business at the premises, and that the granting of this variance should preclude any additional signs attached to the building or can the premises.
