The above application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5.2, Section 5, to allow construction of a bagging bin higher than allowed on premises known as 1370 John Fitch Boulevard, Zone I. has been granted. The variance will be for 10 feet, and the bagging bin must be equipped with a dust filter on the top and bottom in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency. Said filters are to be used whenever the bagging operation is in use, and the bagging bin is only to be operated during normal business hours.
