Lambert, Jr. 131 McGrath Road South Windsor, Conn. 06074 Dear Mr. McGrath: Re: Appeal No. 1239-78 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance to Section 59 Article 5.2, to allow construction closer to the sideline than permitted on premises known as 131 McGrath Road, has been granted. The variance will be for one foot. The Board feels this request is not inconsistent with others approved in this area, and the general arrangement of the property including the septic system makes this the logical location for an addition.
