Windsor, Conn. 06074 Dear Mr. Lacaf ta: Re: Appeal No. 1236-78 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance to Section 59 Article 5. 2, to allow construction closer to the side line than permitted on premises known as 129 Farnham Road, has been granted. The variance will be for 5 feet. The Board feels the neighbor- ing building will still be 24 feet away and this application is not inconsistent with other applications the Board has approved in this neighborhood.
