Erikson, Chairman Zoning Board of Appeals South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear Mr. Erikson: This letter comes to you on behalf of Francis Ritchey of 178 Kelly Road, South Windsor, CT, a student at Rockville High School enrolled in the Vocational Agriculture Program. He has been living in Vernon until moving to South Windsor this summer. Part of the Vocational Agriculture Program is that each student must have an out-of-school project to be enrolled in the program. Francis had a poultry and rabbit project during the past two years for his out-of-school project. He must continue to have an out-of-school project to remain in the program, and I feel it would place a hardship on him if he had to leave the program during his senior year when he would be receiving a high school diploma, with a major in Vocational Agriculture in June. I would, therefore, ask your consideration to allow Francis Richey to keep the chickens he now has so that he might complete his education in Vocational Agriculture at Rockville High School.
