Eriksson, Chairman Zoning Board of Appeals RHE:bck Enclosure December 7, 19?4 C P-'(RTIFIED MAIL Mr. Charles Barker 18 Farmstead Drive South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 Deer Mr. Barker: RE: Appeal No, 1035--74 This is to notify you that your epplicetion to the South Windsor Zoning; Board of Appeals, requesting a temporary and conditional permit for two years to conduct bi—weekly suctions on premises known as 1788 Ellington Road, South Windsor, Zone Rat, has been approved. The Board feels the �rrsnting of this appeal will not cause any undue traffic, parkin; or other hazards in the area. It was also noted suctions have been held at this site more then 40 years and it is just a continuation of the existing use of the Community Mall. The only objectionable feature of the auctions is the size of the temporary signs erected a week before the auction which are of a nonconforming nature, It is recommended this problem be rectified. This action is effective December 18, 1974.
