Subject Lavey tearing, Dec. 6, 1973
Gentlemen:
As neighbors across the street from the
Lavey's, we wish to express our opinion that the
I.avey's have worked extremely hard to improve the
appearance of their property and yet enhance the
rural feeling of Main Street by attractively fencing
their front (forth) lot.
The use of the land by animals *s not
offensive to us and keeps the property as purposeful
"Open Spacer'.
We are sorry that neither of us is able
to attend the meeting Thur4day, but hope consideration
of our views will be given.
Very truly yours
Frank and. Betty Brown

This is to notify you that the above application to the
So*th Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals r*quosting a variance
of Articles 4*1.4 a to allow accessory buildings housing
animals closer to lot line and reesidontial building than
peraitt®d has been granted.
Th Board voted to grant the variance to allow the *xisting
acc: ssory buildings at 1958Main Atroot to house animals closer
to the lot lima and residential building than provided because
of the definite hardship in moving the existing buildings.
and beecauso these buildings have been always ed in the past
for housing animals. It was also noted that the present use
as was demonstrated at the public hearing was not objectionabl
to the vast majority of the neighbors.
Thi action is off ative December 19, 1973•
