The board voted to grant Appeal 917, Keystone Development Corporation, to place a sign not closer than 70 feet to Ellington Road and to be constructed according to the plan as presented, including the wording of the smaller section of the sign as specified on the "alternate 31&n" layout, and the word "Candlewood" on both sidee of the large section of the sign* No additional wording Is to be included on the sign. The sign may be lighted from the exterior, however, said lights are to be turned off by midnight each night* This approval. Is given because of the ,indicated need to set off the entranceway and provide some identity compatible with the apartment comunity, The effective date of this action is November 13, 1972.
