Box 525 South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 Res rhea #898 - Charles and Brenda McFarland Dear Attorney Ahearn: This is to inform you that your application to the Mouth Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals, requesting a variance of seetion 5*2 t allow construction cleser to the front Iise than permitted oe premises known as 119 Troy Road, has been granted as follows: The Board voted to approve Application 98, Charles K. and Br nda McFarland, to allow construction of an addition to the dwelling at 119 Troy Road to extend no further forward than the front frame of the house as it now stands. The appeal is granted because of th change in toning regulations since the original construction, in view of the hardship that presently exists for the lack of adequate living quarters, and that construction to the rear of the house is impose- ible because of the location of the septic tank and well.
