erected at 1739 Ellington Road, South Windsor,CT under Building Permit#28699 is
hereby granted.
This Beneficial Occupancy is granted pursuant to CGS 29-252-1c: section 118.2 of the 1996
Boca National Code and is valid for a period of 60 days.
The permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued as follows:
Substantial completion of all site work relative to the project per the site plans
approved by Planning and Zoning
The receipt of an affidavit of actual final cost, as defined by BOCA
The receipt of any fee adjustment as necessary based on the difference
between estimated and actual costs.
