To Whom It May Concern:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on February 6, 2003, the Board
approved your request for a variance to section 17.8.3 to allow a second free-standing sign on
Sandstone Drive at Sand Hill, MF-AA zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
1. The signs pre-date the zoning regulations.
2. The walls the signs will be affixed to, are angled to the road and need to be visible from
both directions of travel.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings,requires a building permit prior to
start of construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your
own expense.
