Dear Mr. Diaigle:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
#29007 for yoor pool is(are)still open: State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate.of Use prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31, 2003. Should you have any problems meeting
this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be
opened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed.in the laind records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
