Pursuant to our recent conversation, this letter is written to confirm the location of the State
of Connecticut Department of Transportation highway line in front of 1700 Ellington Road.
According to our records the highway line is located approximately twelve feet six inches (12'-6")
from the front of the building, as shown on the enclosed construction drawing.
Based on this information, the existing business signage on the subject property is not
situated within the State's Right of Way and is therefore not subject to a lease agreement.
