Dear Ms. Leclerc:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on September 5, 2002, the Board
approved with conditions your request for a 9' variance to allow an existing shed 6' from the property line
(15' required) at 125 Carriage Drive, A-30 zone.
Hardship is due to physical constraints on the property including the septic system and leeching field
location; trench along the back of the property; marshy area on the westerly side of the property and trees
along the easterly side of the property.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
